Websites for gyms and studios
Websites for gyms, with the software that runs them.
A gym website has a job most websites don’t: it has to hold a timetable that changes, take money every month, and be updated by whoever is on the desk. We have built exactly that.
Get a quoteWhat people actually ring about
Almost nobody rings up wanting a website. They ring because something specific is costing them time or money.
“The timetable lives in Instagram DMs”
Thirty-three classes a week is too much to keep answering one message at a time. A real timetable on a real page, edited by your staff, answers it once for everyone.
“Memberships are taken by hand”
Direct debits chased manually, cancellations handled by text. Stripe memberships with proper notice periods take that off your desk without losing the human bit.
“Nobody knows what our classes actually are”
Six disciplines sharing one page means nobody ranks for any of them, and a beginner cannot tell which class is for them. A page each fixes both problems at once.
“Coaches need the register on their phone”
Ticking people in on a laptop at the door does not happen. A coach panel that works standing up, on a phone, does.

Questions we get asked
Do we still need gym management software?
Often not. Timetable, memberships, bookings, registers and door codes can all live in what we build, a one-off cost rather than £80–£300 a month forever. If you need something specialist we will say so.
Can our staff edit the timetable?
Yes, and it is built for them to. Classes, coaches, prices and events are edited by your team, with staff logins and permissions so the front desk cannot see revenue and a coach cannot change prices.
What about member door access?
We built door codes into the member area for Aberdeen Combat Centre, masked until the member reveals them. Anything your access system can expose, we can wire up.
How do you handle beginners?
Deliberately. Classes can be flagged as beginner-friendly and shown differently, because the single most common question a gym gets is “which class do I turn up to first”.
