Software & admin systems

The panel your staff open every day, built for whoever is on the front desk with a phone in one hand.

Why it exists

A website is often handed over with a login to somebody else's system, a monthly bill, and a list of the things you are not allowed to change.

Because we design the admin and the site together, changing a price in the panel updates every page that mentions it. There is no third party in the middle, and nothing routes back to us.

What one actually looks like

Aberdeen Combat Centre’s site and the panel behind it. Their front desk uses it on a phone.

The Aberdeen Combat Centre website: a black poster-style homepage reading 'The home of combat sports in the north east' over a monochrome photograph of a fighter at a Cage Warriors event, with a red band listing the six disciplines.

Editing a class in the admin edits the website copy for that class too. The “33 classes” count on the public site is counted from that same table, fresh, every time somebody loads the page.

What’s included

  • Edit it by talking to your phone
  • A custom admin panel
  • Staff logins and permissions
  • Member or customer areas
  • Bookings, registers, reporting

Worth it when

  • More than one person updates the site
  • Prices or times change more than twice a year
  • The same information appears on several pages
  • You are paying somebody monthly for small changes

Skip it when

  • The site is five pages that never change
  • One person owns it and is happy to ask us

We’ll tell you which of these you are on the first call, and there’s no charge for that conversation.
