Services · AI & automation
Your business already has the data. It just can’t read it.
Bookings, invoices, enquiries, timesheets, five years of spreadsheets. We build the thing that turns that into answers you can act on, and takes the repetitive bits off your desk.
Book a callWhat it actually looks like
Four real shapes, using the kind of businesses we work with.
Reading your own numbers
For a salon or a gym
“Which services actually make money, and which ones only look busy?”
A year of bookings is a spreadsheet nobody opens. Turned into a page you check on a Monday, it tells you which slots are dead, which treatments earn their chair time, and which members stopped coming six weeks before they cancelled.
Quoting without the paperwork
For a trade
Photograph the job, get a draft quote back before you leave the driveway.
Measurements and notes in, a priced quote out, using your rates and your wording. You check it and send it. The evening of admin after a full day on site is the thing being deleted here.
Sorting the inbox
For anyone taking enquiries
Forty enquiries a week, triaged before you read one.
Real job, price question, supplier, or spam. Sorted, summarised, and the urgent ones flagged, with a drafted reply sitting ready for the ones that are always the same question.
Getting paperwork into the system
For anyone drowning in PDFs
Invoices, delivery notes and timesheets, typed in by nobody.
Supplier invoices read and filed against the right job. Timesheets totalled. The two hours a week somebody spends retyping numbers from one document into another, gone.
Or just tell it what you want.
The assistant you already use can be given real, controlled access to the systems your business actually runs on. You describe what you want in a sentence; it does the thing, in your live data.
We build the connectors that make that possible: your booking system, your invoices, your inbox, your website itself. Each one is wired in with its own permissions, so it can read what it should and change only what you have let it change. It means nobody has to learn an admin panel to run the business. The panel is still there for when you want it; this is for the Tuesday night when you just need the class moved.
“How many spaces are left on Tuesday’s beginners class?”
Answered from the live timetable, at eleven at night, correctly.
“Take the Christmas hours off the site.”
Gone, from every page that mentioned them.
“Which suppliers haven’t we paid?”
From the actual invoices, with the total, in one sentence.
“Add Sarah to the team page, photo’s attached.”
Live, resized, with alt text written for her.
“Draft the quote for the Johnson job.”
Your rates, your wording, based on the last forty quotes you sent.
How it actually works
- 01
You already have the app
Claude, on the phone in your pocket or the laptop at the desk. Nothing new for you to install and nothing new to learn. It is the same assistant you would use to draft an email.
- 02
We build the connector
A small piece of software that sits between that assistant and your systems: the website, the timetable, Stripe, the inbox. It is built on MCP, an open standard for exactly this, which means it plugs into the assistant you already have rather than being a chatbot we bolt onto your site.
- 03
You decide what it may touch
Every connector starts able to read and nothing else. Changing a price, sending a message or moving money is granted one action at a time, per person, and every use of it is logged. Your staff can each have a different set.
It is the same construction each time, which is the reason it is not a five-figure piece of work. What changes between businesses is which systems get connected and what each person is allowed to do.
We run our own business on these
6 connectors, built and used daily.
Our support desk, job board, storefront, payments, product databases and media pipeline are all wired up this way. It is not a demo we built for a pitch. It is how the work actually gets done here, so we know where it breaks.

It can look before it can touch
Every connector begins with read access only. Permission to change a record, send a message or move money gets granted one action at a time, and every use of it is logged with a timestamp and a name against it.
How we build it so it can be trusted
A person approves anything that leaves
Everything it produces lands in a queue for somebody to read. A quote sits there until you press send, and so does a reply. Your staff see it before your customer does, every time.
It shows its working
Every number it gives you can be clicked back to the rows it came from: the actual bookings, the actual invoices. You can check its working the way you would check an employee’s.
Your data stays yours
Your customer records stay in your own database and are never used to train a model. We write down exactly what gets sent where, and most of it never leaves the building.
It asks instead of guessing
When it is not sure, it says so and passes the job to a person. You will see it say “I don’t know” more often than you expect, and we would rather it did.
Where to start
One job, done properly, that saves a real number of hours. Not a strategy deck.
Tell us the task that eats the most time in your week. If we can automate it, we will scope it as a fixed piece of work with a number attached. If we can’t, or if a £12 tool already does it, we will say so. That conversation costs you nothing either way.
