Takes about two minutes to read
The short version
This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Contrast is measured rather than guessed, everything works by keyboard, and nothing depends on colour alone.
If something here does not work for you, email us and we will fix it. We mean that literally: tell us what you were doing and what happened.
The standard we build to
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard UK public sector sites are legally required to meet, and we hold our own work and our clients' work to it whether or not anyone is obliged to.
In practice that means four specific things: text you can read, everything reachable by keyboard, information that survives without colour, and a layout that still works at 200% zoom.
What we actually measure
Where it falls short
[LIST ANY KNOWN ISSUES HERE: an honest list is worth more than a claim of perfection, and an empty section is a red flag to anyone who tests these things for a living.]
If something does not work for you
Email hello@brannoch.com and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not need to know why it broke or what to call it.
We will reply within [5 WORKING DAYS] and fix what we can. If a fix is going to take longer than that, we will say so and tell you when.
